The Caribbean Escape is a beautiful home with spectacular views of the Caribbean Sea and Klein Bonaire. Sit by your private pool and bask in the sun or lay under the palms. Feel the Caribbean breeze. Look out at any time and take in one of the most beautiful waters in all the world, all the blues you can imagine.

This home is located in the upscale area of Caribbean Club, Hilltop, and Sabadeco. Spending your holiday here is what dreams are made of. Our home is set above the cliffs overlooking the ocean and viewing the downtown harbor, all of Klein Bonaire and further north.

It has easy access to the main road heading to the northern dive sites. You pick it, Oil Sick Leap, Thousand Steps, Karpata, and Playa France or maybe you are into driving and sightseeing, head on north to Rincon and the Washington Slagbaai National Park. The cliffs along this stretch of the island makes for a relaxing walk and bird watching. Find the perfect spot to sit and view the sunset. This home has the views, the space and the tranquility for your Caribbean Escape.

This ocean front villa offers 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths and parking for 1-2 vehicles. Also boasts a very large kitchen with adjacent open floor and dining space.

You’ll be surrounded by magnificent ocean views, a large private pool and pool deck. Plenty of space for three couples or large family. The bedrooms are spacious and suited nicely for a peaceful night’s rest. As a unique feature in this home, we have an outdoor atrium inside the home for those wanting a secluded space and a respite from the wind and sun. Decorated with comfortable outdoor furniture and landscaped with plants and native stone and corals.

As soon as you book your villa you will be in communication with our management team who will meet you and your party upon arrival at the airport, give you a guided tour of the villa, all the discount vouchers negotiated as well as a mobile phone for your stay on the island.

Diving

For the diving fanatic, Bonaire offers some of the best diving on the whole planet. Just consider the area in front of the Villa, your own personal backyard aquarium. No other island in the Caribbean has so many unrestricted shore dive sites. Steep walls, sloping drop-offs, exciting wrecks and last, but not least, the double reef system, which will take your breath away.

The sea life is amazingly diverse right in front of the house in just 5 feet of water! You will find some driftwood and sea glass artwork that I have made, that was inspired by my interactions with my local finned friends! If you swim 35 meters out from the shore of the house, the bottom drops off quite fast, and turns into a wall dive pretty quick!

Surfing/Water Sports

For windsurfers Lac Bay is a 20 minute ride from the Bonaire Property Rentals. Lac Bay is one of the best locations in the world to get your ride on, Bonaire’s Lac Bay produces many of the top pro windsurfers on the planet. Lac Bay’s azure clear water, flat and shallow, along with its friendly white sandy bottom, and famously consistent sea breezes, make it the perfect place to perfect your jibes and freestyle moves. That’s why it is called Jibe City. A rider learning can watch the top pro’s perfecting their newest futuristic moves just meters away.

Accommodations & Setting

Villa Trepanier perfect for families. It sleeps 7, (3 bedrooms each with queen sized beds and one single bed). two large couches and 2.5 bathrooms. We also have a baby crib & high chair as well if needed.

Magnificent soft hued sunsets are the evening norm. The quality of the light is very magical in Bonaire & can be enjoyed from the patio with a glass of wine in hand.

The front patio view is of boats on moorings and pastel colored sunsets, all framed by coconut trees with the backdrop being Bonaire’s white beached, uninhabited Klein Island.

Amenities

If you like eating fresh local fish, just walk a 100 meters down to the fishing docks and befriend a local fisherman.

For a few dollars a local will ferry you across the 1000 meter wide Bay to Klein Island where you can lazily beach comb & explore its desolate and untouched white sandy beaches.

For the kids; there is a pool behind the Villa, and the beach in front of the house has no surf, (it’s the leeward side of the island) and no strong current to fight as well.

Laundry tokens can be bought at the seaside front desk. Laundy machines are in a room adjacent to our underground garage.

For exploring the island, a rental car, quad, scooter or bikes can be rented to enjoy the warm sunshine and predominant cool trade winds.

Our on-site manager always meets our guests at the airport upon there arrival, and gives them a local cell phone to keep in touch during their stay on Bonaire.
