Regular Season: $2,583 (USD) per week (May 01 – August 30) & (November 1 – December 19) / $369 per day
Low Season: $2233 (September 01 – October 31) / $319 per day
Holiday Season: $5,586 (USD) per two weeks (December 20 – January 10) / $399 per day. ** two week reservation required for this period **

Electricity allowance of $100 per week included. (No guests have ever surpassed this amount).
There is a $500 security deposit fee which will be invoiced within 30 days of your arrival.

Prices are in US currency and do not include taxes, house keeping and cleaning fees.

If you wish to book for two consecutive weeks or more, you can get a 10% discount for Villa Trépanier.

Car Rental

The car rental lines can take well over an hour – to help reduce waiting time, we suggest you send the driver out of the customs area ASAP, while the rest can collect the luggage and meet at the rental company window.

Before Your Arrival

Please send us your flight information, as we will be meeting you at the villa to show you around. It would be greatly appreciated if you would update us with any flight delays and send a message when you land so we will know your approximate arrival time to the villa.

During your check in, we will show you the information book which provides details about the villa and answer any questions you may have.

Villa Trepanier, is a modern & large 2200 sq ft, 3 bedroom house on the Caribbean Island of Bonaire. This quiet, modern, ocean front glass walled villa is bright, very spacious, airy and located just 12 meters from the waters edge and walking distance (700 meters) from all the town’s central action.

It’s by far, the most convenient villa for diver the island as to offer, the review says it all. If your dates are not available in the calendar please inquire anyways, as we have more ocean front villas and condos for rent on Playa Lechi . We can definitely find you a nice ocean front villa adjacent to Villa Trepanier.

Villa Trepanier is centrally located north from the center of Kralendijk, the largest and main town on the island. If you don’t want to rent a car, all major daily activities can be enjoyed, walking distance from all of the islands mains shops, banks, video stores, cell phone stores, boutiques, wine store, waterfront bars, waterfront restaurants, supermarkets, etc.

This ocean front villa’s style inside is bright with sunlight permeating the main living room and front porch, with lots of air flowing; clean and modern, with cool stone floors, leather couches, new TV, and wood table accenting the granite kitchen. The Villa has 3 bedrooms set up with queen sized beds, with the master bedroom having an extra single bed ( if needed ). So you can sleep 6 in 4 beds. We have a baby crib & high chair as well if needed.

There are 2.5 bathrooms. The master bedroom has its own private bathroom. The second largest complete bathroom is shared; communicating with the middle room (smallest room) and the third larger room. Both bathrooms have walk in showers. A washing machine is available in conveniently located in the villa.

The 3rd bathroom is accessible from the main hallway. This half bathroom has a toilet and sink only. There is also an outdoor shower on the patio for rinsing after a swim or dive.

At the latest, one week before your arrival, our on-site manager will be in communication to ensure a perfect stay.

Diving

For the diving fanatic, Bonaire offers some of the best diving on the whole planet. Just consider the area in front of the Villa, your own personal backyard aquarium. No other island in the Caribbean has so many unrestricted shore dive sites. Steep walls, sloping drop-offs, exciting wrecks and last, but not least, the double reef system, which will take your breath away.

The sea life is amazingly diverse right in front of the house in just 5 feet of water! You will find some driftwood and sea glass artwork that I have made, that was inspired by my interactions with my local finned friends! If you swim 35 meters out from the shore of the house, the bottom drops off quite fast, and turns into a wall dive pretty quick!

Surfing/Water Sports

For windsurfers Lac Bay is a 20 minute ride from the Bonaire Property Rentals. Lac Bay is one of the best locations in the world to get your ride on, Bonaire’s Lac Bay produces many of the top pro windsurfers on the planet. Lac Bay’s azure clear water, flat and shallow, along with its friendly white sandy bottom, and famously consistent sea breezes, make it the perfect place to perfect your jibes and freestyle moves. That’s why it is called Jibe City. A rider learning can watch the top pro’s perfecting their newest futuristic moves just meters away.

Accommodations & Setting

Villa Trepanier perfect for families. It sleeps 6, (3 bedrooms each with queen sized beds and one single bed). two large couches and 2.5 bathrooms. We also have a baby crib & high chair as well if needed. A washing machine is conveniently provided in the villa.

Magnificent soft hued sunsets are the evening norm. The quality of the light is very magical in Bonaire & can be enjoyed from the patio with a glass of wine in hand.

The front patio view is of boats on moorings and pastel colored sunsets, all framed by coconut trees with the backdrop being Bonaire’s white beached, uninhabited Klein Island.

Amenities

If you like eating fresh local fish, just walk a 100 meters down to the fishing docks and befriend a local fisherman.

For a few dollars a local will ferry you across the 1000 meter wide Bay to Klein Island where you can lazily beach comb & explore its desolate and untouched white sandy beaches.

For the kids; there is a pool behind the Villa, and the beach in front of the house has no surf, (it’s the leeward side of the island) and no strong current to fight as well.

For exploring the island, a rental car, quad, scooter or bikes can be rented to enjoy the warm sunshine and predominant cool trade winds.
